Received cleaner second hand. Worked wonderfully til 7 yr. old vaccumed up a 10x12 American flag, Since we pulled it out, cleaner has no suction at all through main base. However wand does have suction.. Husband tried replacing belts. Not sure if it takes one or two. Was two on it first time he looked at it.
