I received the product Xmas but has received little service from it. Always clogged, roller locked or something. Now the roller is locked. A troubleshooting guide should accompany the unit but, no --- the company leaves the consumer in the dark. I'm about to conclude that the only accompaniment to this product is the Devil himself.
