Question About Dirt Devil Vacuum Cleaner None
I have a model 7300 - was my mom's before she pass...

I have a model 7300 - was my mom's before she passed. I tried to use it and the 'beater' won't turn and when I try to turn it by hand it is very hard to move. What should I do or look for?
