Hi, Brush was not rotating, when we checked inside the belt got cut . So we changed the style 5 belt but again it got cut in the first vaccum. Will the belt rotating place(small rod from motor) will be rough or its should be soft ??? for us it is rough.. Please let me know how to rectify this problem. thanks, uma

0 try spraying WD-40 on both ends of the brush where it turns. That will be easier on the belt. the metal rod should be clear of debris.
