Question About Dirt Devil Carpet Cleaner se2800
not working...

Found it at my mom's house. Never have used one. It doesn't seem to be working. It's not sucking anything up and also isn't spraying out the shampoo to do the scrubbing. Tried taking it apart and can't find any parts to play with.
