Question About Dimplex Indoor Fireplace EBY15
when you switch the fire on there is no flame effe...

when you switch the fire on there is no flame effect comes on . i have checked the bulbs and they are ok.when you press the tranmitter to start the fire theres a noise but nothing happens

2 There is a manufactures fault with this EBY 15 product. I complained direct to Dimplex in writing asking for a full explanation. their response was to send me a brand new fire free of charge.------GOOD LUCK

0 We have the same problem, when we press the transmitter on the fire or remote, there is a noise but nothing happens. No flame or heat

0 We have been in touch with dimplex HQ who say that the guarantee is out and have to get a service engineer to look at the fire. Also suggested that it could be the printed circuit board - part ref: fp06008 - was this the problem on your fire, don't want to order the part before knowing it is the right one.
