Question About Dimplex Indoor Fireplace DF3033ST
The on and off does not work from the remote contr...

The on and off does not work from the remote control and the temperature setting does not register on the remote control. What would be causing this? I have replaced the batteries and the other functions work from the remote. The unit works if I mannually press the buttons on the actual unit.
