Light and heater on this model quit working. Is there an internal fuse or do the lights act like a fuse if they burn out? How do I access the fuse and/or the lights to check them out? I don't have the manual.

2 I downloaded a manual BUT it doesn't seem to be the right type (mine is a black small stand alone model). It does state that there is an internal circuit breaker for the heater that resets after 5 minutes of the unit being shut off. Well, that has been tried and nothing works. It suggests an "access panel" on the back to get to the lights. I don't have an access panel on mine. The whole back has screws and I want to wait until the techs or someone out there states to unscrew everything in order to test the bulbs. I still can't understand why the lights and the heater do not work unless there is a connection. Also, in front of the logs are a row of screws. Could this be the way to access the bulbs??? Lance
