HI, please please can someone help, after a disasterous couplke of weeks today I went to turn on my fire and nothing happened! It is not the remore as I cant turn the fire on directly at the unit either. I changed the fuse in the plug so its not that, there is power getting from the plug to the fire but thats as far as I can go! Any ideas, all welcome thanks so much in advance. The thought of not having my cosy fire for Xmas is horrible! xx
