I'm renting a place that has this portable cooler/heater but it doesn't come with an instruction manual and we're forcast to have a buch of days of 40 degrees C. If anyone has the manual, could they post it on here or alternatively, if you know how to use it, could you give a brief overview of how to use the cooling and heating functions? in particular, do we have to put water in it and do you have to vent one of the vents out a window?
