Question About Dimplex Fan 3087ST
Heater not working...

My Dimplex 3087ST heater doesn't work at all even when the manual on button is pressed and the red "on" light has lit up. Any suggestions? Thanks. Chrys

0 Solution: ours had exactly that having barely been used for 3 years. No neon lights worked, LCD had nothing on and no way did it work. .I plugged it in with mains on, set to I not II for 12 hours. then neons came on and working now. The clue came from user manual that said battery in LCD needs 72 hours to fully charge. Clearly not having used the heater for about 1.5 years the LCD battery had gone flat. Comment to Dimplex: find a solution to this. People with central heating only use Electric Convector when gas boiler has failure. Hope this helps Geoff
