my cadiz eco 2kw heater is showing the left red li...

my cadiz eco 2kw heater is showing the left red light is glowing but the heater will not switch on.It was working two days ago,but i cannot find the manual that came with to troubleshoot the problem.I purchased it from argos some 2 years ago.robbiev1@hotmail.co.uk
