Question About Dimplex Electric Heater RIT 20 Series C
Dimplex Electric Fire Heater...

When switched on, there is a rattling noise, as though something is worn or. out of balance. Product date code is 02 8. Is there a manual which helps us identify the problem and hopefully rectify it? We do not use the fire for heating, only for ambience while watching TV.
