The Dimplex MA14 portable split system cool only air conditioner has an exhaust hose to the outer unit and the flex hose is about 5cm diameter and it is this hose that gets really hot when the unit is cooling the room. I am looking for information about this unit and some assurance that this flex getting hot is something which is ok if it is to be expected or if not whether I should be concerned. I have no manual and am looking for this too as this unit was given to me by a friend without a manual
