I have a comfort glow fire place log set vent free year 2004 model ccl3934nra with remote control desa no. c chrcb. my remotecontrol comes on showing temp auto and manu control also temp up and down worksbut will no work with remote receiver is my receiver bad hope you can help me thank you frank
