Question About Desa Indoor Fireplace LMFP33PR(B)

I love this fireplace, but we have to turn it off/on manually. We can't leave it on overnight, as it will contunue burning at full blast and run us out. My remote works, (off/on) but won't contril the flames or go off / on with the timer at all. Absolutely no response from my fireplace or remote. Help!!!!

0 Same problem here. I've tried everything but nothing has worked. Using manually but can't control temp, height of flames or timing. Help!
