i have a desa fireplace model efp33pr and i wrote to you so i can order the logs for it and the screen assembly and no one had call me back or even sent me something in the mail if you cant help me im going to a differnent fireplace so i would like for you to call me or email me thank you rosemary bonilla email rosebon48 @yahoo.com
