Won't restart after summer propane gas shutoff at external gas tank. My daughter asked me (engineer) to help start her DESA T36P gas fireplace and I tried w/o success to do that. Read metal instructions kept inside FP; think I'm doing everything per metal sheet but; no start. Downloaded manual to see if that might help.
