I Have this product HD-9240 I purchase 3 of them and they no longer work properly,I try to bring them back to the store they said they were under warranty and to mail them to the company, I still have the receit, purchase 2 in 98, & the other in 1999, the store said there was a lifetime warranty..Can you help???
