I purchased this model in about a month and I am not happy with this model because sealant was not large enough to cover baseplate. I struggle with it making sure that it is not leaking after I applied silicone around the baseplate. It is still leaking. Right at this time I have difficulty to unscrew mounting nut (RP49835). Please tell me how I can unscrew it? (Some one helped me to install it when we took it home) Thank you very much.
