I Have a DeLonghi DLGE90 FSU cooker and the gas is working and the oven is working but the gas tops are not. I checked the little holes and there is no blockage. None of them seem to be getting gas but the gas is definitely coming out the pipe.

5 Could be a manufacturing error with wrong stove top gas distributers in with stove but check if the igniter works. Also check to see if you have the wrong conversion kit installed in it. May have propane kit installed which means the holes are smaller hence not enough gas for flame to take place if you have it running on natural gas Hope this helps
