Question About DeLonghi Electric Heater 2507 or TRH0715
switches on side of heater?...

There are 2 small switches on the right side of the heater. One says minimum, the other says maximum. What is the purpose of these switches and should they both be turned on at the same time? This is aN older model but the newer heaters (model TRH0715) have the same switches.
