Question About DeLonghi Electric Heater typ 4707 made in Italy
Older Delongi oil filled turbo...

I have one that has aplastic fan at the bottom and metal vents on the other side of that. One blows hot without the buttons pushed on and the air out of the plastic vents blows cold. Is that normal. I have no instructions. Thanks
