Question About DeLonghi Electric Heater None
Model TRD0715T...

I have aquired this unit. When turned on you can feel heat if you feel the top of it. Is it suppose to blow? Does not seem tyo heat the room very well. It has a timer and I understqand this system is oil filled. Can anyone tell me about this heater. Thanks!
