5 No, you do not have to fill this heater with anything because it's an electric heater. It should only be running on electricity from the wall outlet. No other liquid or object should go near it because it could be very dangerous. If there is a problem with it, you should definitely contact delonghi.com for someone to come and fix it because you don't want to hurt yourself. An electric heater could be very dangerous if not used correctly.
