Question About DeLonghi Dehumidifier DH400P
Dehumidifier Delonghi DH 400P...

We just bought our Delonghi DH 400P about 7 months ago and the pump doesn't seem to work. the water fills up in the reservoir even though the pump light is on. Can it have burnt out so soon?

0 I purchased from Costco a few days ago. Resevoir fills, but water is not pumped out. I did turn the pump on and the hose pluged into the front until it clicked. I believe this to be set up properly. Not sure how water gets from resevoir to pump though...can anyone explain? Should there be a hole in the bottom of the resevoir?
