Pinguino air conditioner T120 when moved will not ...

Pinguino air conditioner T120 when moved will not turn on (after resting time) and default signal is "Ft" BUT the filter is very clean. In fact I have only used the system maybe for 120 hours at most despite purchasing 5 years ago. Thanks
