My Delonghi portable air conditioner model NF-100 ...

My Delonghi portable air conditioner model NF-100 has an alarm that goes off every morning & shuts the unit off. I have 2 identical units and the other one never does this. I run them both 24/7 How can I stop this from happening. I have no manual
