My stove does not have a thermofan. I baked two trays of sausage rolls. The sausage rolls on the top level baked fine, but the sausage rolls underneath on the second level, were incredibly slow in even starting to bake. Why is that? Also, my cakes are beginning to sink in the middle. Why is that? Can anyone help?
