Unit is five years old and worked well for most of that time. Then a year ago it refused to drain into the drain tube -- we had to empty the tank daily. Lately the water will not drain into the tank OR into the drain tube, It spills into the bottom unit around the tank then all over the floor. I've tried levelling it and tilting it various ways. What's happening?
