Simplicity dehumidifier model SDR506RH made by Danby Products Limited will not collect water in the front water tank. Where can I take this dehumidifier to be fixed. It worked for one year and I do not know why it stopped collecting water in the tank.

2 I have the same problem. Will not collect water.

2 I am very disappointed with this unit as it was very expensive compared to other units and should not require repairs after only limited use in Atlantic Canada for the last 2 years.
