why is my 5088 portable air conditioner not filling up with water in the reserve? is it because the little hanging piece on the sensor is suddenly missing (where the bucket reserve sits?) AND also, if this is the problem, where do i buy the piece missing? - and would this be why there is a sort of rotten smell coming from the unit (since it's not been filling up with any water in the reserve bucket?) - thanks kindly for your help.
