NOT ABLE TO TURN AIR CON. ON WHEN I PLUG IT IN IT CYCLES THROUGH THE NUMBERS 1-24 WITH THE TIMER LIT UP AS WELL AS THE SNOWFLAKE I CAN STOP AT ANY NUMBER BETWEEN 1-24 PLEASE HELP
