Question About Danby Air Conditioner DPAC120068
Not quite cooling the place...

Question: Is suppose to be water in the tank, Asking because there is none with ours and we were wondering if that was normal. It doesn't cool the room off ( less than 500sqft.). Feels great in the direct path, but this is day two and the room is still on fire with a cool breeze is one area. Any suggestions before I return? Please help.
