Question About Danby Air Conditioner DPAC8399-3
needs manual...

a red light on the control panel keeps blinking and unit will not turn on. This unit is an air conditioner/heater/dehumidifier all-in-one.

5 According to the manual, you should turn off the unit, unplug it, make sure the external tank is empty and then re-attach it. Then after the unit has been unplugged for a number of seconds (say 10), plug it in again. It should reset (time, settings, etc). Then set it to AC (the snowflake) and it should empty it's internal tank into the external tank. Then you should be good. Try that a few times. If it doesn't work, I'm having the same problem. 5 Was working fine yesterday, now it is not blowing cold air, only warm and the light is on indicating it should be. Am I out of freon?
