I have your Danby Premiere R410a Model DDR30E-1 Portable Air conditioner but no manual, It's a hassle to take it back to HomeDepot since I purchased it last year, Is there another number I should look for? It's keeps shutting off even though it has water in in. Would like to trouble shoot this. Thank Trish
