danby premiere 8000 used one year (was not used last year) fan does not run. i see one fuse for circuit board which tests good. Also circuit board beeps and display responds but fan or compressor does not rub. Is there more than one fuse. I suspect the capcitor is bad. who will sell me a replacement. (btw fan spins freely and compressor and coolant are ok)
