the unit does not work with the remote and new batteries in the remote and the on and off button is not working every time we use it and when we push it is switches the modes of the unit to fan, dehumitifyer etc....can you help with this problem....we have had this air conditioner for about 3 years now and it always ran perfect until this year.....
