Question About Daewoo Air Conditioner DWC 055RL
How to set the ac...

I bought this ac at a yrd sale. I don't know how to work it. When i turn it on, it reads 82 dgrees. When i depress the dwn arrow and set it on 60 degrees it flashes a few times and goes back to 82 degrees. The turbo setting is like the fan setting. No cold air at all. Can u pls tell me what u think I should do?????
