Question About Craftsman Garage Door Opener None
Won't Travel...

I replaced the gear and sprocket and now the drive will only travel 6 inches before reversing and stopng.

2 where did you buy the gear replacement from - mine just went out on me this a.m. Have you tried adjusting the strength and travel knobs?

0 I purchased the "Gear and Sprocket Kit" at our local Sears Product Repair" outlet. I have tried the travel adjustments and it did not help.
