Question About Craftsman Garage Door Opener 139.53910d
won't go down...

when I press the car remote or the wired button in the garage...garage door goes up fine, but when try to put it down it goes about 1/2 way, sometimes more, sometimes less, then reverses and goes back up and blinks 10-11 times. Help!
