we just purchased a home that has a craftsman garage door opener with no owners manual, it is a 13918191this number is on the back of the remote. the remotes were working ;but stopped working. we are not sure if we have pushed buttons on the remotes that may have caused the issue, we have replaced the batteries but they still do not work, how can we get a user manual for this
