We have a craftman wall garage opener (wireless). We tried more than 10 times to open the garage, we input the 4 numbers code, but even if the numbers light is on when we press the key, the garage doesn't open. Never happened this before. I would like to know if there is a battery that need to be replace inside the garage opener. Pls. respond. I can't get my car out. I desperately I need your answer because I need to go to work. Thank You

5 There isn't any batteries in the opener its self you may need to reprogram it. There should be a rope hanging from the door linkage where it connects to the drive chain You pull that to unlatch the door from the motor and you can open and close the door manually.
