We had to manually open the door. It would only click when we press the remote. The gear would move a fraction. I don't know if the sprocket needs rolled back or not. I can turn it manually which is hard to do. the motor will turn and let the door go down about 6 inches or more then stops. Now it is down. Nothing. That is why i wonder if the sprocket chain needs adjuster.
