our model does not appear to have a "learn red button" to program the remote from. Therefore we do not know how to do it. The remote does have a code set with little bars to move from + to - but we have not touched that. The remote was working before. The battery works but the remote does not. A manual may help up program it. Thanks!!!!! Jim
