Question About Craftsman Garage Door Opener 139.53991srt
trolley jams in door-down position...

After replacing the drive coupler and adjusting the up/down sensors, the trolley jams in door-down position. Pressing the wall switch does not reverse the trolley. The motor hums, then shuts off. I have adjusted downward force to minimal and upward force to maximum. Any help out there? JLF Katy
