The remotes will open the door but won't close the...

The remotes will open the door but won't close the door. The keyless entry will open or close the door but you have to hold the button down all the way or the door stops moving. The Premium Control Console inside the garage opens the door normally but you have to hold the button down all the way to close. Can anyone HELP!!!!
