THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER WANT DO NOTHING...

THE GARAGE DOOR OPEN AND IT JUST STAYED THERE. I HAD TO UNHOOK THE TROLLY TO PULL THE DOOR BACK DOWN. KNOW THE LIGHT DOESNT COME THE SENSOR LIGHT DOESNT COME ON AND IT DOESNT MAKE ANY SOUND. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM
