THE DOOR OPENS JUST A FEW INCHES THEN GOSE BACK DOWN. THERE IS A LIGHT BLINKING 5 TIMES ON THE BACK OF THE UNIT. I TRIED INCREASING THE UP FORCE BUT NO CHANGE!
