Runs smoothly but after reaching bottom goes back ...

Runs smoothly but after reaching bottom goes back up. Limiting switch adjustment does not correct problem. Not the light beam sensor either. Door will not stay closed, it wants to return to open position. Any help GREATLY appreciated.
